Liberación Añejo

Experience the distinctive flavor of our añejo tequila, crafted with care and precision. We begin with hand-selected, highland grown 100% Blue Weber agave, which is carefully harvested after seven years of growth to produce our Blanco tequila. This Blanco is then aged in oak barrels for two-plus years, creating a rich and complex flavor profile.

Our agave is roasted in traditional brick ovens and shredded by hand, before undergoing natural fermentation without the use of added yeast or accelerants. We take pride in our artisanal methods, including the use of locally made copper stills, to produce a truly exceptional tequila.

From your very first sip, you'll notice the difference in quality and taste. Discover the passion and craftsmanship that goes into every bottle of our añejo tequila.
